CANCELLATION
- Orders once placed cannot be cancelled.
- All orders are placed on custom basis as per the customer's requirements.
- In case you have a change in mind just after making the payment, you can call/whatsapp us @ 9811157991 or drop an e-mail at support@debyoustore.com with your order number.
- If we receive your cancellation request within 24 hours of placing the order, we will refund the valid amount (except for security/advance deposits) to you within 7 working days of receiving your request.
RETURNS
- All products are non-returnable/non-exchangable, as all products are custom made outfits (made to order).
- You're liable to exchange if the product is damaged.
- IMPORTANT: Items must be new and in unworn condition, as well as being in their original packaging.
- Returns with signs of use will be rejected. Any signs or scent (including deodorant) or animal hair will result in the return being rejected.
- We cannot make full refunds on sale items. Sale/clearance items returned to us can be exchanged or have store credit issued.
